Hi, I’m Zlatuse Sedláčková — most people call me Goldy.I’m a certified SOMA Breath® facilitator and trained person centred counsellor, offering trauma-aware, nervous-system–informed breathwork and group spaces. I work online and in the UK, supporting people who’ve been living in survival mode and are ready for a steadier, more resilient way of being.Rooted in Safety, the community within Breath2Bloom Coaching, grew from both professional training and lived experience. My background includes counselling, breathwork facilitation, and years of learning how regulation, safety, and pacing come before growth.My approach is grounded and relational. I don’t offer quick fixes or performance-based healing. My Full Story

My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has shaped the work I do today — helping others heal, reconnect with themselves, and find balance through breathwork, coaching, and trauma-informed support.I was born in the Czech Republic and moved to England at the age of 19 to learn the language, earn money, and create a new chapter in life. Instead, I found myself drawn into the party scene, struggling with mental health, low self-worth, and unhealthy coping strategies.In my early twenties, I reached a breaking point and sought help through counselling. This powerful experience inspired me to study Person-Centred Counselling and later work in mental health services, bereavement counselling, and support for women affected by domestic abuse.When I became a mother to my four children, I embraced home education for over a decade and gave birth to three of them at home. We spent several years living off-grid in a yurt, learning self-sufficiency and staying deeply connected to nature.After the breakdown of my 15-year relationship, I began to rebuild my life, exploring trauma-informed approaches — particularly in narcissistic abuse recovery. I trained as a certified SOMA Breathwork Facilitator, blending breathwork, coaching, and counselling to help others manage stress, overcome overwhelm, and navigate life transitions.Today, I support parents, carers, and anyone who feels disconnected from their true self to restore calm, clarity, and energy. Whether through 1-to-1 coaching or online group breathwork sessions, my work offers a safe and supportive space for personal transformation — one breath at a time.
